Over the past 21 years Zena Land Development has developed 5,000 residential lots and purchased an additional 1800 finished lots for its home builder clients. Zena has proved its ability to negotiate with landowners and home builders to make a project successful and now has home builders and investors requesting Zena’s expertise to secure land and develop it on their behalf.

Zena Land Development LP is based in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. Mr. Pat DiFonzo, President of Zena, is actively involved in the management of the company and its affiliated project partnerships. Mr. DiFonzo has been self-employed in the real estate industry since 1970 and has development experience in multi-family, single-family and commercial real estate projects. He has successfully lead Zena by steadily growing the company’s asset base and retaining the company’s experienced officers and managers through many market cycles.

Today, the tenured staff at Zena is dedicated to ensuring the success of the company’s in house projects and its client’s projects. They leverage years of experience in all disciplines of real estate to minimize risk and keep projects on schedule and on budget.
